职位描述
1.负责MSAT部门的团队建设;
Be responsible for team building;
2.负责细胞产品生产的国内外技术转移，包含工艺和方法；
Be responsible for management of cell product tech transfer, including process and analytical method;
3.组织协调产品的工艺验证和持续性工艺确认；
Lead the process validation and CPV;
4.负责产品的生产技术问题的解决；
Be responsible for trouble shooting on manufacturing issues;
5.负责协调各类生产工艺/检测相关的偏差和变更等；
Lead management of deviations and change controls on manufacturing process and testing.
6.负责生产工艺优化和完善；
Be participate in process development;
7.参与相关的项目管理；
Be participate in all related project management;
8.参与编写各类申报技术材料。
Be participate in IND and BLA filing.
